Customer Checklist Small Animals

Hutches and Cages- We provide hutches for guinea pigs and rabbits, but small furries will need to bring their own cage.
Feeding Instructions - We stock ‘Gertie Guinea Pig’ and ‘Pascoes Rabbit food’ and a selection of greens and carrots. You are welcome to bring their own food and a discount is given for this.
Contact Name and Telephone number – If you are going to be contactable during your pets stay please can you leave a mobile or land line number. If this is not going to be possible please can you leave a number for a family member or friend.
Vets Details - In case of illness or emergency we may need to contact your pets vet. If your pet is very old or ill prior to boarding special instructions should be left with the vet stating the extent of any treatment that should be given.It is recommended that all rabbits are vaccinated against myxomatosis.
Medical Conditions - Any pre-existing medical conditions need to be carefully explained. It is preferable to have any instructions regarding medications in writing.
Bedding - We provide shavings and hay for hutches.
Times and Dates - Confirmation of boarding dates along with expected time of collection.
Special Instructions - Because all pets are different please let us know if they have any pecularities or special needs.
